At Beeyarnd, we are dedicated to ensuring your handmade fibre art arrives safely and seamlessly, from our studio to your final installation site. All our delivery options are designed with the utmost care, partnering with trusted courier services for secure transport.
1. Delivery & Collection Options
a) Complimentary Self-Collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our studio in Punggol Oasis at no cost. We will provide you with a scheduled time slot for a smooth and convenient collection experience.
b) Standard Local Delivery (Singapore)

For Orders Over S$100: Enjoy free standard delivery for qualifying orders.

For 'Ethereal Charms' & Orders Under S$100: A flat-rate delivery fee of S$4 applies.

Standard Delivery Fee: For all other orders under S$100 that do not qualify for the above, our standard delivery fee is S$25. Deliveries are handled by our trusted third-party courier partners within 3-5 business days.

c) Bespoke & Large-Scale Project Delivery

Delivery for all bespoke commissions and large-scale artworks is a custom process. The specific method, timeline, and cost will be discussed in detail during your one-on-one bespoke consultation and factored into your final project quotation.

Your orders are wrapped with waterproof gift wrap and special care. They will arrive in a secured mailing box. Although we pack your wall hanging carefully, the yarn and preserved flowers may still arrive a bit displaced. We cannot assume responsibility for any damage or delay the package might get in transit.
d) International Shipments

We are an official partner of DHL for international shipments. All overseas clients must contact us at hello@beeyarnd.com for a custom shipping quotation based on destination, size, and value.
2. The Delivery Process

Scheduling & Tracking: Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking link and/or a phone call from our team to confirm your delivery schedule.

Rescheduling: If you are unavailable, we can reschedule your delivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.

Contact-Free Receipt: Upon request, we can arrange for a contact-free receipt by leaving the parcel at your doorstep.
3. Premium White-Glove Services
For our corporate and commercial clients, we offer premium services to ensure a flawless installation of your artwork. These services are highly recommended for large or delicate pieces and are quoted on a project-specific basis.

4. Receiving Your Artwork & Lemon Law Compliance
Upon delivery, it is crucial to inspect your artwork thoroughly. This process aligns with your consumer rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, commonly known as the Lemon Law.

Immediate Inspection: Please carefully inspect the items and the packaging for any visible damage or defects immediately upon delivery and before the installer or courier leaves the premises.

Reporting Damage at Point of Delivery: You must report any damages or issues directly to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery and ensure it is noted on the delivery order. By signing the delivery order without such a notation, you acknowledge acceptance of the goods and their condition, which may affect your Lemon Law rights.

Our Commitment: Upon validation of a defect that existed at the time of delivery, Beeyarnd will, in compliance with Lemon Law, offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
5. Delivery Delays & Changes

Beeyarnd reserves the right to reschedule deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or logistics disruptions beyond our control.

While we strive to meet all delivery windows, we cannot guarantee a specific time and are not liable for any indirect losses due to delays.

Changes to your delivery date require at least 3 business days' advance notice.
