Our Commitment to Quality & Your Consumer Rights
At Beeyarnd, each fibre art piece is meticulously handcrafted and packed with gallery-standard care. This policy outlines the terms for exchanges and refunds, and should be read alongside our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We fully adhere to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) in Singapore, known as the Lemon Law.

1. Understanding Your Rights Under Singapore's Lemon Law

The Lemon Law provides you with remedies for goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery. Your key rights include requesting the seller to repair or replace the defective product.

2. Policy on Bespoke Artwork Commissions
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for bespoke, commissioned artwork.

  • Reason: Each bespoke piece is a unique creation made to your specific requirements, making it exempt from change-of-mind returns.

3. Policy on Signature Series Collections
For our Signature Series (curated in-stock artworks), the following applies:

  • Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes a piece may not fit your space as imagined. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a one-time exchange for store credit on Signature Series items within 7 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original, unused, and re-sellable condition with all original packaging.

    • Refunds for change of mind are not provided. The store credit can be used towards any future purchase.

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or has a defect, please refer to the procedure in Section 4.

4. Procedure for Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

  •  Immediate Inspection: Inspect the item and packaging for visible damage immediately upon delivery and before the courier leaves.

  • Reporting at Delivery: Report any damages to the delivery personnel and note it on the delivery order. Signing the delivery order without notation indicates your acceptance of the goods.

  • Reporting Non-Visible Defects: Email us at hello@beeyarnd.com within 7 days with details and photos/videos of the fault.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges.

5. What is Not Covered
Remedies are not available for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper care.

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Defects you were informed about before purchase
