What is the lead time for a bespoke fibre art wall hanging decor to be completed?

Every order takes 14 days after the date of purchase. However, for a bigger commissioned piece with more intricate details will take up to 21 days. Once your order is completed, we will send you a notification via email to inform you that the item has been dispatched.

 

How do I maintain the fibre art wall hanging decor?

For every fibre art you purchase, it comes with a care package which comprises of

  • A comb
  • 3M canvas hooks or strips to hold the appropriate weight
  • A care card with simple instructions to maintain your wall hanging decor at an ideal condition.

What is the return & refund policy?

If you’re looking to return or refund your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We gladly accept returns on any unused items, within 7 days from date of receipt.

Please note the following instructions for our return and refund policy:

  • All commissioned work and discounted pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Those are final transactions.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging as received.
  • Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, once the return is received, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product.
  • If item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. 

We hate to see you experience this process of return, so please email us first, let us know what is the reason for the return was and we try our best to work something out. 

 

What are the shipping options?

For all Singapore orders, we offer a self-collection or local delivery option. Local delivery will be $25. 

All Singapore orders will be packed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification and we will keep you updated with the delivery status.

Delivery Timing

  • Delivery will be done between 10 am to 8 pm, Monday – Friday (except public holidays). Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on the next Monday. GMT +8.
  • *For specific delivery timing (eg. between 10am - 11am), there is an additional charge at $25. 
  • Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  • For orders over $300, there will be free delivery
  • For order below $300, there is an additional charge at $25- $50 for international registered shipping.


Delivery Timing

  • Your items will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on the next Monday. GMT +8.
  • Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, arrival of order will be between 2 - 3 weeks. 
  • Registered mail will come with a tracking code once the item has been shipped. We will send you a notification email with the code to your email address provided to us.
  • Registered mail requires a signature to receive. When no one is at the door, a registered mail slip should be placed at your door with instructions on how to collect your package.
  • Any additional customs duties and tax will be borne by the recipient depending on the country’s legislation.

NOTE: Your orders are wrapped with waterproof gift wrap and special care. They will arrive in a secured mailing box. Although we pack your wall hanging carefully, the yarn and preserved flowers may still arrive a bit displaced.

We cannot assume responsibility for any damage or delay the package might get in transit.

 

I never received an order confirmation email, how do I know my order went through?

Please check that you have given the correct email address or check your spam inbox. If all else fails, reach out to hello@beeyarnd.com and we’ll assist you further.

 

I placed my order but entered the incorrect shipping address, how can I change it?

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can reach out to hello@beeyarnd.com and we will assist you.
